I have yet to see a foal in my game. I even made sure there were two stallions and two mares in the wild herd, of the appropriate age. I wonder why there are so few horses in the game.
Aw, come on, don't you want grumpy ole Grouches at the party? They will only eat everything and endlessly complain when they aren't insulting others, lol.
