This game is set up for drama and soap opera scenarios.

I admit a little of that can add some entertainment to a town. It's amusing to have characters like Yanna and Tanor the Sleaze around. I just don't want my entire town behaving that way. That's why for both of my town's I have core families who are tightly locked down and then a small handful of other sims that the game can do whatever it wants with.
