Images for the Fics' Title Posts

As the title of this entry says, I've been wanting to put some sort of image in the pinned title posts of my fanfic journals. While I have not yet decided what sort of setting I want for Aeronwen's journal, it was pretty easy to decide what I wanted for Gloria's story. It was just a matter of dressing the characters appropriately. Needless to say, I do not have the No Stretch Child Can Ride Horses mod installed because I need my werewolves to use the werewolf animations.

(No, there is still no hint of a fix coming for that mod, or if a fix is even possible)

I took quite a few screenshots and set up the characters in different poses and settings, but this first one is what I'll be posting into the journal's sticky entry. All of these were of course taken in my still surviving and thriving Wickery Glen test save since Gloria has not yet been born in my main game.

A few other set-ups I tried out;

When I had the shots I wanted, I released the characters from posing, but "kept the cameras rolling" just to see what they would do. What followed was a demonstration of what Little Red Riding Hood characters should NOT do if they want to stay out of trouble with the Big Bad Wolf.

The Big Bad Wolf rose to his feet and immediately started to approach Gloria. Everything looks "properly menacing" at the moment.

Here we get into what NOT to do.

Number one; When the BBW starts flirting with you, don't hold his hands/paws and flirt back (Cue the Beauty and the Beast theme song).

Number two: If the BBW reaches out and strokes your cheek, don't put your hand over his and give him a come-hither smile (Gloria NEVER looked at James like that. I mean never).

Number three: Don't reach out and start scratching his neck. I know that on some werewolves that ruff looks really soft and inviting, but don't pet the werewolf.

Number four, and this is a big one: Don't, and I do mean DON'T rub the BBW's belly. Sure, he can look cute when he flops over on his back and starts kicking his leg in the air, but if you do this, you may as well ask, "Do you want to come along with me to see Grandmother?"

If you are a Little Red Riding Hood who does these things which then leads to the Big Bad Wolf going to your grandmother's house and eating her for dinner, don't come crying to me.

Now I'll close this entry with clips from my favorite werewolf movie, The Company of Wolves. Yes, my werewolves are based on the one from this movie, although Godonir is a far more awful person than the Huntsman/Werewolf from this movie.
