They're both really pretty, but I agree that the original is more Aeronwen...y. It has the right kind of quiet intensity that she should have, I think?
It's always so hard to find the right custom race for a character in Oblivion. It doesn't help when all the race previews tend to be photoshopped to hell and not representative of how they really look in game!
