This renovation took a while, but it was worth it. I'm very happy with the results. The layout of the house is the same, but it's been decorated almost entirely with items from the Once Upon a Cottage and Fairie Folk packs. I was a little worry that my sims would get upset because some items, such as those used in the kitchen, are less expensive than the ones I had originally placed there, but so far both Aeronwen and Neldor seem thrilled with the changes.
Off topic: as they were walking through the new version of their home they were both given the Eternally Faithful moodlet.
Now on with the screens:
The exterior with the property now surrounded by Fairie Folk fencing. The reason I had to tear the house down to the ground was because I wanted to add the raised deck and stairs to the ground floor. Not only is that how my real life house is designed, but when the house was built right on the ground the horses were always walking around the porch and causing traffic jams. Hopefully this will stop them from wandering around on the deck.

The dining area.

The living room.

The other side of the living room. The televsion and their laptops came from the Steampunk pack since they have a Dwemer look to them. I plan to add a few of the equestrian trophies to the coffee table.

The kitchen.

Neldor's study.

The other side of the study.

Bedroom. Once again this room is twice as long as its real life counterpart, but I allowed it since I can always put up a wall and turn the space into two rooms.

Aeronwen's art area. This is pretty much the same except she is now using the easel from the Fairie Folk pack.

Her office area.

This all took a while, but I enjoyed every moment of it. Building and decorating in this game is just as fun as the actual play.
Lastly, I took a look at the Cowboy Hat Accessory. Shape-wise it is perfect, exactly what I was looking for. The problem is that hair does indeed clip through it. I went to download the Hat Control Sliders but my antivirus went off and said it detected a threat. So I'm hoping that by some small chance the hat slider might be uploaded elsewhere. Probably not, and if that's the case I'll do without the hat. I don't want to take the chance of something infecting my computer.

Thank you so much! I'll try them out after I finish running tomorrow's errands. I really appreciate you finding these.
