crown_of_antlers: A deer from LOTRO (LOTRO Deer)
After looking for mods that could place Yanna's daughter in a better home and finding none, I decided to use the same trick with the NRaas Master Controller that I used to take the kitten Maggie from Erandre's home and giving her to Thorinor and Sarasvati.

Cut for length:

1: I still have the Oakdale houshold which consists of a Bosmer couple I made way back when I first started playing Sims 3. I made them when Neldor and Aeronwen were in Moonlight Falls and I didn't want them to be the only Wood Elves in the world. After going into Edit Town, I temporarily placed Mr and Mrs Oakdale in a vacant house.

2. I went back into the game. First I tried to change Rallisa's parentage using the same steps that I took to tell the game that Ashara and Sarasvati were sisters and that Aryon was their father, but the game did not include any of the infants in the list of possible daughters make a family connection to. Oh well.

3. When step 2 didn't work, I went on with the next step: Clicking the Oakdale household map tag, I selected NRaas - Master Controller - Add Sim. This time Baby Rallisa was in the list, so I selected her and she was instantly teleported from Yanna's house (where she was there alone) to the Oakdales.

4. Back to Edit Town. I evicted the Oakdale household to the clipboard. Their new family thumbnail was adorable, showing Mrs Oakdale holding Rallisa with Mr Oakdale smiling at the baby as he stood nearby with his arm around his wife's shoulders.

5. I returned to the game, leaving the Oakdales on the clipboard which deleted them from the world.

When this was done I made a new save just in case this little operation causes some glitches. It shouldn't since it's commonplace to break up and evict households, but we all know how glitches and bugs can happen in these games. Now back in the game I made the Swift Leaf household active just long enough to get rid of the baby furniture and see how Yanna and Constance were reacting to Rallisa being taken away.

Neither of them showed any reaction at all. Rallisa is gone from their list of contacts as though she never existed. Constance was at the coffee house doing her homework while Yanna was stomping around town angry because Tanor had been caught with someone else (and all of New Ascadia gasped in shock). There was no moodlet to show that they cared about the baby being taken away. I then checked Engaer who is in Neloth's household. No reaction. He was having a grand old time tasting nectar at Harvest's Bounty.

Assuming their won't be any bugs, I think this was the best thing to do character-wise and game mechanic-wise.

From a character prospective, anyone who met Yanna is the Constance mod knows that she's a horrible person. Her career aspiration was to become a rich madam who got the girls who work for her hooked on skooma so they could never leave. She has "Unfit Mother" written all over her. As for Engaer, I don't know the character very well, but I get the impression that he would agree that Rallisa being adopted is the best thing for her.

The story is that a Bosmer couple from Greenshade came to New Ascadia to adopt Rallisa and took their new daughter back to Valenwood with them as soon as the adoption was finalized. Yanna is free to be her thoughtless self while Rallisa gets to grow up in a home with two loving parents who will love and take care of her.

Game mechanics-wise, Story Progression has lost one of the children it made for the next generation and will likely seek to replace her. This time it will have to choose from the married couples since all the single sims have had NRaas vasectomies/tubes tied.

Have a happy life in Valenwood, little Rallisa.
