It's nice when an experiment turns out the way you hope it will. I used the shell of the Elm 26` Trailer and decorated the interior to be close to the 'Trailerable' tiny-home cabin. Since I knew I would want to use it in other worlds and with other characters if it turned out well, I worked on it in a new game, saved it to the library, then did an "Evict/Bulldoze Lot/Put in New Trailer/Move Household Back In.

Incidentally, it's so nice to not have to start a new game when you decide to change mods. And another nice thing about the Sims is that you know whether or not your characters approve of something. Gloria did a lot of cheering and had a happy face in her thought bubble as she explored the new trailer.

Now for the screens.

The end result is not exactly like the 'Trailerable' tiny-home cabin because as always I add my own little adjustments. Not to mention the fact that there is no hitch and I couldn't think of any item that I could use to simulate a hitch, but with some trailers it's possible to remove the hitch, which could be what Gloria's father did once they had the trailer where she wanted it.

A screenshot of the exterior. Once again I had to create a supply shed because there was no room inside the trailer for pet items or an artist's easel. The most I can do for the pets inside is to place some toys on the floor.

I left a narrow "mini deck" outside the door so there was a place for a food bowl, a scratching post, a hanging light, and a set of wind chimes. I was also able to add a burglar alarm in a tiny spot next to the door.

The other side of the exterior. I really like using the large windows.

Right inside the door. The hardest part about decorating the trailer was narrowing down what to use. I have a lot of rustic/woodsy themed furnishings, but in a home like this there isn't enough room for everything.

The kitchen area. I made this one a little larger than the one in the Tiny Cabin in order to allow for more counter space.

In the middle of the trailer is a loveseat, TV and a bookcase.

The bedroom. Like the Tiny Cabin, I used an All-In-One bathroom and covered it with a wood texture so it would blend with the rest of the interior.

One more thing I need to do is add another Wagon Wheel bench. Gloria keeps trying to sit in the ones that are used to simulate trailer wheels and then stands there and yells because they're turned around backwards. Other than that she really seems happy with the new trailer. In fact I may keep it there in the corner of the lot after she builds a house because the trailer would make a nice guest house. Her parents could stay in it if they ever visit.
