Thanks. I've been playing some LOTRO today, but I'm keeping a timer on my desk to make sure I rest my eyes. Every twenty minutes I stop what I'm doing and spend five minutes with my eyes closed and covered with a warm wash-cloth. I need to make sure I don't undo any of the healing I've had this week.
