To give the Moonlight Falls/Morrowind mainland townies a more upscale place to have dinner, I added the Little Corsican Bistro which is from the Sunset Valley, Riverview, Twinbrook, Barnacle Bay, and Hidden Springs worlds. It doesn't look ultra modern so although it's not medieval, it can work for a Victorian/Edwardian style setting. The nice thing about the Elder Scrolls is that there is a variety of styles sprinkled into Tamriel's many settings, including Victorian styles.
Having just settled in after escaping "The Big Stink" on Vvardenfell, Neldor and Aeronwen decided to go out for dinner. This gave them a rare chance to wear their more formal attire. While they were eating inside the building, Traveling New Woman and Ra'Virr each showed up and had their meals at one of the outdoor tables. Then Morgana showed up.

Instead of getting a meal, Morgana stood outside and began talking to herself, occasionally making moving mouth motions with her hands. By the time Neldor and Aeronwen came back outside Morgana was having a full blow argument with herself. We can only speculate what the argument was about.

Morgana's antics were amusing by themselves, but what really cracked me up was when I noticed Aeronwen's facial expression as she stood nearby and watched "crazy lady le Hex".

Well, Aeronwen, buckle up, because this new town has just gotten started, which means that things have not yet even begun to get crazy.
As a side note: Over and over I've thought about adding Aengoth and his family, and I still might, but in order to use the Master Controller to tell the game that Aengoth is Aeronwen's uncle I would have to create Aengoth's sister a ghost and then tell the game that the ghost is Aengoth's sister and Aeronwen's mother. Even though these are just fictional characters and made of pixels I feel a little squeamish about having Aeronwen's mother float around as a ghost. For now the story is that Aengoth's family is waiting out The Big Stink with Cylfina's parents, close to mainland Morrowind's southern border.
Now for Nert's evening report:
It appears that Crassius Curio has been offering his services at the low low price of $655 drakes and hooked Gwendis Ravenwatch! "The price was right and Crassius was amiable enough. Didn't complain at all when I asked for that special something."
(...Crassius, did you check yourself for...marks...afterward? You might want to head to the science center and get a curing potion.)
"Cheers, mate! Welcome to the organization! We meet regularly to discuss the scourge of villiany in town, and to share tricks of the trade in dealing with the local menaces, and yes, we even validate parking." Crassius Curio has joined the Helsing in the fight against evil!
(Crassius, did you join Saje's Helsing organization before or after you did business with a vampire?)
With investors like Vemyn Dagoth, the town is feeling a little more seedy by the minute. Local alleged crime boss, the Kingpin, was seen exiting the town hall with the deed to the Ubiquitous Unity Day Spa in hand. We fear for the worst.
(Oh great. Now the spa is going to be used to preserve bodies. I doubt Aeronwen will want to continue going there for an occasional facial and manicure.)
Caslandra Moon Fang and her ghost gun has been scaring the ectoplasm out of all the local ghosts. Grandpa le Hex, a local earth-bound spirit, has been hiding out, worried that Caslandra might be gunning for him!
(Okay, that's just funny.)
"Ugh, how can you look at yourself in the mirror and not retch?" complained Morgana le Hex after taking one look at Nona Greenvale. "I mean, those colors, that hair...Might as well shave you bald. It would be a better look." Way to make friends there, Morgana.
(Oh come on, Morgana! Give Nona a break! Until recently she made a living cleaning houses in Tel Mora. It's not like she had a ton of money for fancy clothes.)
Curious onlookers were simply unable to pry their eyes off of Yanna Swift Leaf and the latest poor dumb sap on her arm; Verandis Ravenwatch.
(Eh, Verandis...I thought you had much...much...MUCH higher standards. I know Gwendis has romantic feelings for you, but you always carry yourself like you've above such things. Now you fool around with Yanna? The Town Tart? It's being said through the rumor mill that one of Yanna's bedposts collapsed due to having so many notches carved into it.)
Be sure to tune in for the next episode of...As the Moonlight Falls....

That seems to be the right combination because Sim-Morgana behaves in much the same way as Forum-Morgana.
