It's interesting that Aeronwen's story seems an upside down version of Little Red Riding Hood. Big Bad Wolf is nosing around trying to start trouble. He thinks he's going to get another hot she wolf in Aeronwen.
Then there's, "(Great) Grandma, what big teeth you have!" "All the better to eat your enemies with, my dear Granddaughter. One day you might find out because when a big bad wolf come around..."
I do wish I could make their wolf forms look more menacing. Their elf selves look close to how I imagine them, but their werewolf forms are far larger, almost polar bear sized, and much more intimidating.
I guess you can't make anything truly scary in this game, lol. I tried to make Vemnyn really creepy with the veined skin, but they don't even have broken and dirty fingernails and toenails, lol.
I know. LOL I tried to find the same things for him. The most I could do is put the khajiit style claws on Vemyn to make him look like he has really long nails.
I couldn't even find gritty and grungy looking textures for buildings. No matter how I tried, I couldn't make the Hla Oad fishing shacks look run down and weather-beaten.
Same here. I tried to make a run down scummy old building for the two old eccentric wizards who worship Therana and Vemyn. It's difficult to find truly old and decrepit buildings and textures. I think the so called "Grunge" is too stylistic to be effective.
But I managed to make their yard fairly creepy with fog emmitters, pampas grass, ruins and the more strange statues. They live right across the street from Vemyn and Therana, and those two have a weird yard, too. I even found lava textures for their yard! So that street is the creepy street.
But I do wish they had more truly run down stuff and really scuzzy textures for buildings.
