Very true. This shows how characters like Neldor, Thorinor, Darkfell and the others would all behave if the game were allowed to have 100% free range with them. Hell, the game has tried multiple times to make Gloria's father a philanderer in spite of him having the Family Oriented trait.
As much as I like this game, it bugs me that there is no Faithful trait yet there are traits like Flirty and Commitment Issues. From what we've seen, the sims don't need any specific traits to make them bed-hoppers. They'll sleep around regardless of what traits they have. In fact, one of the sims I added from the Moonlight Falls townies pack has traits like Shy and Non-Flirty. He now has children with two different mothers due to him sleeping around.
Thank goodness for NRaas Story Progression which gives us the ability to lock down the characters down.
